Changes and Cancellation Policy – Wander with Nada
All Terms and Conditions apply without exclusion once you have purchased ticket(s) for yourself and/or your companions (herein referred to as you), for any tour or service provided by Wander With Nada, powered by Frying Pan Tourism LLC (herein referred to as Company, we, us, and our). The Tour referred to herein covers the duration between when our tour guide commences and concludes the Tour with you and/or your companions. The start of the Tour is the scheduled meeting time or pick-up time, based on the experience's local time.

Change Policy


Any requested changes to Tour dates, itineraries, number of guests, inclusions, exclusions, durations, and more must be sent by email. Eligibility depends on the reason for the change, how far in advance the request is received, and costs already incurred to prepare for your tour.

When You Request a Change Fee
More than 3 days before your tour date No fee

Multi-day tours: within 7 days of your tour date May apply

If your tour involves pre-purchased attraction tickets that cannot be changed or refunded, you will need to pay for those tickets again regardless of when the change is requested.

We do not guarantee available dates or tours for change requests. If no resolution is found, the cancellation policy below will apply.

Cancellation Policy


1. Cancellations by Wander With Nada

If a minimum number of guests has not been met (for tours that require one), we reserve the right to cancel the booking at least 2 days in advance, notify you by email, and offer alternate dates or times. If no alternative is available, we will provide a full refund.

We also reserve the right to cancel a Tour at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, though this is highly unlikely. Any cancellation will be communicated by email.

In all cases where we cancel, you will receive a full refund of all ticket bookings for that day or the option to reschedule to a mutually convenient date. The choice is entirely yours.

2. Cancellations by Customer — Public & Private Tours (up to 6 guests)

Any cancellation must be sent by email. Eligibility for a partial refund depends on the reason for cancellation, timing, and costs already incurred.

When You Cancel Cancellation Fee
7+ days before the Tour 10% + non-recoverable upfront costs (A)
3 – 6 days before the Tour 50% + non-recoverable upfront costs (A)
2 days or less before the Tour 100% — no refund

3. Cancellations by Customer — Private & Corporate Tours (more than 6 guests)

Any cancellation must be sent by email. Eligibility for a partial refund depends on the reason for cancellation, timing, and costs already incurred.

When You Cancel Cancellation Fee
60+ days before the Tour 10% + upfront costs (A) + bank transfer fees (B)
30 – 59 days before the Tour 30% + upfront costs (A) + bank transfer fees (B)
Less than 30 days before the Tour 100% — no refund

Non-recoverable upfront costs include out-of-pocket expenses for tickets, transportation, boat deposits, and other tour-related costs. Contact us to find out what, if any, these costs are.

Bank transfer fees: If payment was made by bank transfer, all bank transfer fees (including those for any refunds) are to be covered by the Customer.

Partial refunds: The same fee structure outlined above applies to partial refunds, if eligible.
