CHANGES AND CANCELLATION POLICY

All Terms and Conditions apply without exclusion, once you have purchased the ticket(s) for yourself and/or your companions (herein referred to as you), for any tour or service provided by Wander With Nada, powered by Frying Pan Tourism LLC. (herein referred to as Company, we, us, and our.) The Tour referred to herein is for physical tours, the duration between when our tour guide commences and concludes the Tour with you and/or your companions, for which you have booked a ticket(s). The start of the Tour is the scheduled meeting time or pick-up time when the Tour begins and is based on the experience’s local time.

Change Policy for Public and Private Tours

  • Any requested changes to the Tour dates, itineraries, no. of guests, inclusions, exclusions, durations, and more must be sent by email to info(at)wanderwithnada.com. In certain cases, you may be eligible to make changes depending on reason for change, number of days prior to the start of the tour from when your change request is received, and the amount expended to prepare for your tour or pre-purchased admission tickets.

  • Wander With Nada will not charge a fee to change the dates of an existing booking, as long as the request is received more than 3 day(s) ahead of your confirmed tour date AND as long as the tour does not involve pre-purchased tickets to attractions. If the tour does involve pre-purchased tickets to attractions that cannot be changed or refunded, you will have to pay for these tickets again.

  • If you request a date change within 3 day(s) or less of your confirmed travel date, Wander With Nada will attempt to honor your request; however changes made 3 day(s) or less from your original travel date may be subject to an additional fee. If the tour does involve pre-purchased tickets to attractions that cannot be changed or refunded, you will have to pay for these tickets again.

  • For multi-day tours, date changes made within 7 day(s) of your confirmed travel date may also be subject to additional fees.

Important: We do not guarantee available dates/tours in the case of change requests. Any requested changes must be communicated, and if no resolution is found, the cancellation policy is applied.

Cancellation Policy for Public and Private Tours

1- Cancellations on behalf of Wander With Nada

  • If there is a minimum no. of guests which has not been met (for tours which require a minimum no. of guests as stated on their respective pages), Wander With Nada, reserves the right to cancel the booking at least 2 day(s) in advance, notify the Customer by email, and provide alternate dates/times if possible. If there are no alternatives, Wander With Nada will immediately cancel and provide the Customer with a full refund.

  • We expressly reserve the right to cancel a Tour at any time, in the case of unforeseen circumstances, even though this situation is highly unlikely to arise. Any cancellation by Wander With Nada will be communicated to the Customer by email.

  • In a situation where we have cancelled the Tours at our end, we will fully refund all ticket bookings for that day OR reschedule the Tour to another convenient date for both parties. You will have complete discretion in determining whether to obtain a refund or to reschedule your Tour.

2- Cancellations on behalf of Customer for Public Tours and for Private Tours (up to 6 guests)

Any cancellation by the Customer must be sent by email to info(a)wanderwithnada.com. In certain cases, you may be eligible to receive a partial refund depending on reason for cancellation, number of days prior to the start of the tour from when your cancellation request is received, and the amount expended to prepare for your tour or pre-purchased admission tickets.

  • If you cancel at least 7 day(s) before the start of the Tour, there is a 10% cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel between 3 and 6 day(s) before the start of the Tour, there is a 50% cancellation fee.

  • If you cancel within 2 day(s) before the start of the Tour, there is a 100% cancellation fee and no refunds.

3- Cancellations on behalf of Customer for Private/Corporate Tours (more than 6 guests)

Any cancellation by the Customer must be sent by email to info(a)wanderwithnada.com. In certain cases, you may be eligible to receive a partial refund depending on reason for cancellation, number of days prior to the start of the tour from when your cancellation request is received, and the amount expended to prepare for your tour or pre-purchased admission tickets.

  • If you cancel 60 day(s) or more before the start of the Tour, there is a 10% cancellation fee in addition to (A) fees incurred for non-recoverable upfront costs and (B) bank transfer fees if paid by wire transfer. These upfront costs represent out-of-pocket expenses of the Tour Guide for tickets, transportation and boat deposits and other non-recoverable tour expenses.   • If you cancel 59 to 30 day(s) before the start of the Tour, there is a 30% cancellation fee in addition to (A) and (B).

  • If you cancel less than 30 days before the start of the Tour: 100% cancellation fee.

Important: Please note that if payment is made by bank transfer, all bank transfer fees (including those for any refunds) are to be covered by the Customer.
